THE RETREAT
We are here to help you take the time to disconnect, have a fun, relaxing time, pamper and fuel your body and ultimately find realignment. Bring a friend that you would love to share this experience with, because in life, relationships are key to longevity. What makes us feel proud is when you feel perfect relaxation in an ideal setting, witness the change in your mood and the feeling of rejuvenation. When you find you are sleeping better, feeling empowered, and your face appears to glow!
MIND
We offer meditation and breathwork classes, in addition to talks on mindfulness and conscious living. We encourage creativity in all ways, and hold different types of creative workshops, including dance classes which will stimulate and awaken the mind and make you feel an abundance of confidence and peace.
BODY
Depending on the season, we offer a wide range of activities. You will be looked after personally as our groups are up to 12 people. You will have an expert yoga teacher, personal trainer and nutrition specialist on site. The activities are all optional, some of which include: (add sample day)

STAGE I
CLEANSE & REPLENISH
We serve 5 small meal per day which are primarily -but not solely- liquid based. We start the day with an energising shot. We have a smoothie bowl for breakfast, and serve freshly pressed juices throughout the day. In the evening, we serve a little sweet treat to keep the energy up and finish off with a heartwarming soup. You can choose to add various toppings, ranging from herbs, to seeds, to protein.
Do not think for a second that you will feel hungry. You can have unlimited amount of what we serve and we offer meals every 2-3 hours.
Throughout the retreat there is unlimited access to different types of teas, which you are free to chose and make any time.
Our juices and blends consist of a high volume of vegetables and fruits. We also add vegan protein and other superfood powders. The goal is to flush out any toxins, and replenish all nutrients, minerals and vitamins in your body. We make sure you get adequate protein for your needs and we tailor this to you individually.
STAGE II
MINDFUL EATING & BALANCE
We reinsert solid foods and serve delicious healthy treats and salads. You are about to experience greek ingredients at their best. We host juice and smoothie bowl workshops to show you how to simply and quickly incorporate all these in your everyday life.
We would not aspire balance without showing you how to eat out and enjoy it, so the last day is all about giving you the momentum along with the right tools to plan your life after the retreat and to succeed in enjoying food as fuel and in social occasions too.
This programme is surprisingly easy to follow. We guide you through in every step of the way. We give talks, workshops and seminars which will help you reset your relationship with food and start listening to your body’s inner wisdom. In this retreat and following this programme, you are guaranteed to get fitter, meet amazing people, absorb the vitamin D, and relax. You will leave here feeling recharged, and stress free, we will make sure of that!
